3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Business Listings

Business owners who submit listings agree to the following:

• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• You must have the authority to represent the listed business
• Listings are subject to moderation and may be edited or removed at our discretion
• You are responsible for keeping your listing information up-to-date
• Duplicate listings for the same business are not permitted

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

5. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or business owners
• Post spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, text, graphics, and software are the property of inDubai.city and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content (including business descriptions, images, and reviews), you grant inDubai.city a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform and in promotional materials.

7. Premium Services & Billing

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your payment card details
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally not available for partial billing periods

8. Reviews & Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses listed on the Platform. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is based on a genuine experience with the business
• Reviews must not contain abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Business owners may respond to reviews through the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing or user-generated content
• We are not responsible for any transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inDubai.city, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the revised terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
