What we do

We maintain a structured, searchable directory of businesses across Dubai — restaurants, services, retail, healthcare and more — organised by category and by area. Each listing brings together contact details, opening hours, location and other practical information in one place. Alongside the directory, we publish local news and guides about the city.

How listings are added and moderated

Businesses can register and submit their own listing, and we also compile publicly available information about local businesses. Every submission goes through a moderation queue before it is published: we check that the business is real, that the category and area are correct, and that the information is presented clearly. Listings that are incomplete, misleading or duplicated are rejected or sent back for revision.

Where we display a Google rating or review count, it is clearly attributed to Google — it reflects reviews collected on that platform, not on inDubai.city. Businesses that have closed permanently are marked as such rather than left as if they were still operating.

Our commitment to accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but details change. If you spot something out of date or incorrect — or if you own a business and want to claim or update its listing — please get in touch. For how we produce and fact-check our news content, see our editorial policy.

Listing your business is free. You can add your business and manage its details from your dashboard. Premium options for greater visibility are available on our pricing page.
