Editorial Policy
This policy explains how we research, write, review and correct the news and guides published on inDubai.city, so readers know what to expect from our content.
How our articles are produced
Our articles cover local news, events and practical guides about Dubai. We use AI tools to assist with drafting and research, but every article is prepared under human editorial direction: a person chooses the topic, sets the angle, and reviews the result before it is published. AI is a writing aid, not an unsupervised publisher.
Fact-checking and sourcing
Before publication, factual claims — dates, prices, names, locations, official announcements — are checked against primary and reputable secondary sources. Where a story depends on an official decision or announcement, we look to the relevant authority or established news outlets. We aim to be clear about what is confirmed versus what is expected or subject to change.
Authorship and transparency
Articles are published under a named author, whose profile and other articles are available on the site. We do not present advertising as editorial content. Where a listing or business is mentioned, it is on editorial merit, not in exchange for payment.
Corrections
We correct errors promptly. If you believe an article contains a factual mistake, or if information has become out of date, please contact us and we will review it. Significant corrections are updated in the article.
Business listings
This policy covers our news and guides. For how business listings are added, moderated and kept accurate, see our About page.
