Yes, you can switch between plans at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading from monthly to yearly, you'll receive credit for the remaining days on your current billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. All payments are processed in AED.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and yearly plans are billed annually. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When you cancel, your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your listing reverts to the free plan — your business data is preserved, only premium features are deactivated.
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After that, refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us at billing@indubai.city for refund requests.
