No, you can browse all business listings, read reviews, and view contact information without creating an account. An account is only required to submit listings, write reviews, or access the dashboard.

Sign in to your account, then click "Add Business" in the header or go to your Dashboard. Follow the step-by-step wizard to enter your business details, contact info, working hours, and photos.

New listings are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Premium members enjoy priority moderation with review within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is approved.

Go to your Dashboard and click on the business you want to edit. You can update any information including description, contact details, hours, and photos. Changes may require re-moderation.

In the business editor, go to the Images step. You can upload a main image (displayed as the hero banner) and additional gallery photos. Images are automatically optimized for web display.

Free accounts can have 1 active listing. Premium subscribers can create unlimited business listings from their dashboard.

Premium gives you featured placement in search results, a verified badge, unlimited listings, priority moderation (24h), an analytics dashboard, direct customer inquiries, extended photo gallery, and ad-free listing pages.

Go to Dashboard > Subscription to view available plans. Choose between monthly (AED 99/month) or yearly (AED 799/year — save 20%). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from Dashboard > Subscription. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your business data is never deleted when downgrading.

The verified badge appears next to your business name, signaling to customers that your listing has been verified by our team. It helps build trust and increases click-through rates.

Go to Dashboard > Profile and use the password change option. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset email.

Go to Dashboard > Profile to update your email. A verification email will be sent to your new address. Your account email is used for login and all notifications.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details on our servers.
